• Refundable: Free Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. If the cancellation is made after this period has passed then the customer will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
• Non Refundable: Guests pay the full amount of the reservation, if they cancel, make changes or no-show this amount is non-refundable.

Both policies state that the guest may be charged an advance payment of the total amount of the reservation at any time.
